This beautiful mid century modern home located in a rural neighborhood of the Northshore had great bones; however, it was stripped of its character during a previous renovation. When our clients purchased the home last year they called on us to bring it back to its former glory as well as to modernize the design.
We completed a full home renovation, focusing on remodeling and redesigning the main living spaces while emphasizing the homes original character. Our goal was to enhance the style and function of the home while highlighting the architecture and the pristine grounds that surround it.
Entrance & Living Room
The living room, although beautiful architecturally, needed a fresh design to modernize it both functionally and aesthetically.
KITCHEN
The kitchen received a complete transformation. It was outfitted with sleek two toned Greenfield cabinetry, Sub Zero Wolf Appliances, and recycled glass tile which provides the perfect amount of blue in this mid-century modern kitchen.

SEATING AREA
The homeowners opted for a casual seating area off of the kitchen which serves as a multifunctional space for this family of four.
DEN
The newly designed den is now a modern additional living space in a blue, white, and orange colorway giving the room a vibrant appearance.
BATHROOM
In the bathroom, a unique black metal framed glass shower door was installed as well as Kohler Purist fixtures. Below is the virtual design board we put together to showcase the materials to our clients.
