Our initial drawings are the critical first step in transforming your space. This is where we marry your vision with our creativity and knowledge about what’s most exciting in home design.

We plan and specify every aspect of your project
In a Lee Kimball agreement all expectations, deliverables, expenses, timetables, and responsibilities are clearly spelled out from start to finish. This is the very essence of our design/build approach.

We help you choose all the details–right down to the last drawer pull
It may seem obsessive, but having everything ordered and ready to go is key to maintaining your schedule and controlling costs. We suggest fixtures and details so you have the fun of choosing without all the time-consuming research. It’s also an essential part of creating a beautiful and exciting space because details make a very big statement.

We give you a schedule–and stick to it
Before work begins, you’ll know exactly what is going to happen week by week and day by day. We schedule the best plumbers, electricians, and other trade contractors in advance so there are no gaps in the schedule.

We report in every week
We want you to stay involved throughout your project so we never leave communication to chance. We hold weekly onsite meetings to review our progress and answer any questions you may have.

We even bring order to disruption
We do everything we can to keep our construction area from bleeding into your living space. We protect your floors, partition off our workspace and sweep up every night before we go home.

We meet our deadline
Our schedule is not a wish list. It’s a promise. Because everything has been carefully planned in advance, you’ll know exactly when you can begin using your new space.
